The question of all questions: why? Why do you have to call after an hour and ask where the food is? Why do you have to listen to this call that the driver is on the road and have to call 45 minutes later? Why is this telephone call, which deals with the question "Why", words like: "We don't have to discuss here!" and "address not found." then another 25 minutes until the food is actually there? So why does it take a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes to deliver? - Really 2 hours and 10 minutes? Rather not. Why do you have to call a third time after so long and ... Why is nobody answering the phone anymore? Why does part of the food have to be delivered after such a long time, which means we have a delivery time of 2 hours and 25 minutes? Now I've complained a lot here and don't want to be unfair. I have to admit that the food is still good and tastes good. What I don't like is the way they deal. To be fair a second time: You noticed that you had to deliver again and there was at least a small compensation (6 pizza rolls and a mezzomix). Nevertheless, we will order elsewhere in the future. Why? This question is relatively easy to answer: just read again from above. Why only one star? On the one hand because the food still tastes good and on the other hand because you have to at least give it.

Pre-ordered food for 3 days. Was delivered on time at the agreed time. Salad nicely decorated and presented. Pizza trays super delicious. I would order there again and again. Thanks again

I would prefer not to give a star but to subtract one. Repeatedly simply hung up. Flavor volatile. Deliveries are sporadic. Sometimes they don't deliver to Horstmar, depending on their mood. Pizza comes cold. Steamed vegetables comes soaked in fat. Complaints are handled by stalling and hang up. Talks are unfriendly and not very satisfactory. The staff is overly rude. My recommendation: avoid !! The store is simply bad. The on-site ambience is reminiscent of a cheap french fry stall.

Nice service, delicious food and a nice atmosphere, the meat dishes such as I find steak a little too expensive. We'll be back

The last few times it tasted less good than a while ago, the pizza arrived lukewarm at home. Does not have to be. What annoys me is that you order (via delivery) and always say "please cut the pizza", but the pizza is not delivered cut. Another time, the supplier does not have enough change, although you use the Lieferando app to indicate that you want to pay with a € 50 bill. Whatever goes wrong, please turn it off.

Very unfriendly handling on the phone, as well as on site. A normal, friendly conversation is not possible. Food has always been good, but we'll order somewhere else in the future. Let's see when this dealings with customers, the owner makes noticeable.

I live in the neighborhood and if I have an appetite for pizza then "Pizzeria bei Gino" comes into question! So I can only say about pizza: it's OK!

The owner was very friendly and tried hard. The pizza was delicious and is unreservedly recommended. Unfortunately, the service was rude and forgot orders. On request we were reprimanded. This negative experience could not iron out the good pizza.
